We've been hounding someone for months to get our $$ sent to us. Today we finally got a response that didn't involve answering a question with a question. No, our address is not 105 Fuckoff street anymore. Now it's 508 IfyoudontpayusI'llsueyou Street.

I have 8 e-mails.  Most recently, from last Thursday, when I lost my temper about ANOTHER payment thing and swore in the office (which I NEVER do)

I have a direct line to the idiot herself. She is notorious for talking around you. I really believe it's to confuse you and get you to stop asking questions about your money. Now that her boss is involved the answer came out in less than 24 hours.

I hate that DH's work won't do check requests anymore.  I had to pay out of pocket for a class last summer and DH has to for a class next month.  I hope he doesn't have to prepay his 3 week course in March.
