Happy Olympics Everyone!
I am a HUGE Olypmics fan and actually went to The Games in Atlanta and Salt Lake City. While I have some serious concerns about the Chinese goverments treatment of the people and the environment I am trying to remember what the games are truly about and praying that having the games will help the people to be able to advocate for themselves...
All that said... I wish everyone a peaceful and fun Olympics! To celebrate the opening my mom is coming over and we are going to eat chinese, snack on sweet potatoe and beet chips (and coke of course) and just enjoy each others company!
Anyone else celebrating?!
