mmmm dinner tonight!
I'm making this for dinner to night. I'm not using fennel because we don't have any and I don't feel like spending $6 for it. I'll sub something else in it's place. Also couldn't find mascarpone cheese for the mashed potatoes, so I'm using fat free cream cheese. It looks so good though!
