Need some San Antonio/Ft. Sam Info
A coworker of mine just got offered a position at Ft. Sam. She's going down this weekend to meet with the agency, but knows nothing about the area.
She would like to be both close to Ft. Sam and downtown/Riverwalk area. She'll be renting an apartment and would like to stay under $1000/month for a 2 bedroom.
Any recs or info would be appreciated and I will pass on!

This post is in the same area that you are looking in. There's not much downtown that I would recommend to be perfectly honest. And I don't care what people say, stay away from Stone Oak.
