rare hubby complaint

Hubby was mad last night and decided to make dinner since I was too "busy."  I told him to wait a few minutes and I would get to it.  He was trying to be helpful but was annoyed that I wouldn't answer him on what I want him to do.

In all honesty I didn't want him to cook.  He gets too creative and doesn't follow directions so his dinners are less than tastey.

Well, he got annoyed and just started cooking.  I was going to make chicken cordon blu.  He decided he would make it. He wouldn't listen to my cooking tips.  Rather than argue I figured he'd make dinner while I attended to other matters.

Oh errors, let me count the ways.  He took the chicken breasts and seasoned them with soy sauce and lightly pan fried them, while they were hot he cut them in half like a piece of hero bread.  He then put in ham and mozzerela and breaded them.  He did not use eggs or butter but rather the wetness from the cooking to adhere the breadcrumbs.

He then used one tooth pick each to stab them shut.  The used pam cooking spray once he realized he need to wet the bread crumbs to wet them after the fact. While they were in the oven cooking all the cheese melted and leaked out.

When they were served he covered the top in spegetti sauce.  The crust was either burnt or wet.   It was too salty from the combination of soy sauce, bread crumbs and ham.  There was no cheese becuase it had escaped on the the aluminum foil he was cooking them on.

In the end I made fun of him and then yelled at him for cooking angry, and then laughed at him again.  I'm still laughing at this hot mess.
