What's up? I've been away for a little bit (trying to avoid all of the nonsense) but Brian is getting up with Rylie tomorrow and I get to sleep in

(I've been away for most of the last couple of weeks too, occasionally I get to pop on, but haven't been posting much. Nice to see that most of the drama is gone.

Everything seems to be going ok. I had a lot of bloodwork done last Friday (all came back good, except for my 1 hour glucose test was a little high) so they scheduled the 3 hour glucose test for this morning. I'm not too optimistic about the results of that one. I'm getting used to the idea of the diet, but I'm hoping that I can control the GD with diet with this one as well. I really don't want to have to use insulin!!
I have my first ultrasound on Monday at 4! I can't wait. I will feel so much more "at ease" once they find a heartbeat and that it's where it should be.

Why are you having a glucose test done @ 6 weeks???
I actually just was dx'd w/insulin resistance myself, YUCK....so I'm on the diabetes diet
