I just saw that Oprah's Wednesday show is all about food, and Michael Pollan is the guest. The Omnivore's Dilemma is the book that started it all for me, I will definitely have to make sure to record it!

On a side note, he was on an episode of Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me, and Paula Poundstone was extremely rude to him. I lost a lot of respect for her that day
