Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

i just posted about this above. both my H and i have the env touch. we HATE them.
they freeze a lot, on the touch screen i could hit the number 3 and a asterisk comes up, and it picks up a lot of background noise when making calls.
although, i will add that we use ours primarily for texting. we each send about 7-10k texts a month and use the touch screen pretty heavily.
I love mine. I've had it since July and have had no problems. I don't use is constantly like some people do, but do use it daily.
My DS has the enV 3 and really likes it. He does a lot of texting and it works well for that.
