Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

small vent/rant
i still cannot seem to understand why my manager has no idea what my job is or my job duties/responsibilities are or how he is a program manager to a program he hasn't bothered to learn any procedures for. (he just acquired this program in july when they did layoffs)
I also have no idea how he is going to do my review if he has no idea what my job is. Awesome!
i cannot wait to go on maternity leave, a job hunting i will go!

I'm sorry! I hope you can find another job soon!
I hate when stuff like that happens. Thats one of the reasons I left my last company. My boss was a nice person, but she didn't really seem to have a handle on what her job was or how we should really be doing our jobs the most efficient and effective ways.
Good luck getting through the next 2 1/2-ish months before baby comes and hopefully you'll be able to find something better!
