Hey guys,
I just relocated from NJ to the Tampa area. The DH and I are living with his family for the temporary moment until we figure out where we want to settle and find work. We are still newlyweds! We are thinking about relocating to the East Coast of Florida, mainly Palm Beach County (Palm Beach Gardens, WPB, Boca Raton). Since we are completely unfamiliar with the area, I am looking for advice on where most young married professionals reside in the area and where is the best area for us to go look at real estate. We are very much into working out, going to the beach, and we like to go to wine bars/lounges, irish pubs, coffee houses, and the occasional dance club. I would also like to live close to nice salons and malls. We want to live in an area where we will be able to meet other couples who are similar to us and where there is a real sense of "community". Eventually we will want to start a family when we are more settled physically and professionally.
Any advice anyone can provide is greatly appreciated! We are going to be heading over for a few days to explore. Thanks!
Re: Thinking about relocating to South Florida
Not familiar with the area, just want to wish you luck! You may want to try the Bump side, as there are more WPB bumpies there, and the board moves a bit more.

Hey There,
Fellow former Jersey girl here. DH and I live in Delray and love it. We live in a very family friendly community. I don't have much time (with a newborn) to write all about Palm Beach county, but PM me and we can chat.
Hi there!
DH and I live in Boca and we love it. We lived up a little more north before (Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie) and we like Boca a lot more. I'm originally from Michigan and DH is from New York...and this area is really nice for us. There are great schools here, we're 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale and about 45 minutes to an hour from Miami (which is nice for weekend getaways and things of that nature). If you wanna chat it more detail PM me and we can talk more.
