my tulips are blooming and the days are growing longer.
i guess spring is around the corner.
i know i planted them too early (mid august) and perhaps they are sitting too shallow in the dirt (they're potted), and i know it's been unseasonably warm since i have kept them outisde. i have a few irises in there also, and they're (well, the leaves from the bulb) also pretty tall.
but isn't it too early for them to be popping up through the dirt?
it doesn't matter. i am so happy my plants and flowers are doing well. if anything, i am good at growing and keeping alive my plants. even my neglected plants are thriving.
can't.wait.for.spring.

I planted mine in late October and some are already starting to sprout.
It is supposed to snow and ice this weekend. That should kill the early sprouters.
