Painter Recommendation
Hello Ladies,
Can anyone recommend a good yet reasonably priced painting company? We are putting our River North condo up for sale soon and need to have it repainted before doing so. TIA!

I am also in the process of trying to get my condo painted and am getting quotes. The two companies I contacted for quotes were Thompson Holiday Painting (www.paintingchicago dot com) and Chicago Painters Inc (www.chicago-painters dot com). Both came highly recommended via Yelp.
I got a very reasonable quote from Thompson and am waiting for the other quote - they both came to our place earlier this week to assess the work.
The first quote I got from a friend of the SO was exorbitant ($3,500 for 1,000 square feet) so am looking for something a little more reasonable but not going so cheap to sacrifice quality.
We had Primary Improvements do ours. It's a friend's company but they do amazing work.
