Video about HFCS
I'm not sure if anyone has posted this in the past (heck I may have, but I don't think I have) but a very good video detailing the dangers of HFCS is Sugar: The Bitter Truth by a MD at UCSF. It's long (1.5 hrs) and gets a little science heavy (esp. in biochem), but it has some great information.
