I made it through another 5k
I had the 5k today for the Silver Stars. I made it in 44.04 minutes. It was at the AT&T center and on the hot black top. I have been making the 3 miles between 42 and 43 minutes but it was SO hot! My friend who does these and runs every single day even was 2 minutes slower than her usual time. There is another one on October 25th sponsored by the Spurs. If anyone wants to join me and my friend and Kat let me know.
