Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

BBB (best buy ***):The guy says it's going to be between $3-400, but you need to bring it in. You might as well just buy a new computre.
Me: The computer is 1 month old. It's still worth it to fix it. I live 45 minutes away. Can you at least tell me how much the part will cost?
BBB: The guy says to either toggle with a monitor or buy a new computer.
Me: I don't want a new computer. I want to know how much a new screen is. I can give you a product number.
BBB: (w/o further information) It's going to be $3-400. Is there anything else I can help you with.

Best Buy also is notorious for stealing pics, music, etc off of customer's hard drives.
