I can't help it. Millie is getting fixed today, and while it's routine, I hate the idea of surgery.

I pick her up in an hour though, and she is gonna hate me for putting this dorky pillow around her neck.

She'll be so glad to see you. In a day she won't even remember the surgery, you're doing the right thing by being a responsible pet parent.

FWIW Geraldine regularly has to wear the "cone of shame" for liking.

My Vet made me leave Cota over night so i brought her very early the mornign of her surgery and then couldnt see her or pick her up till afterwork the next day.. I was going crazy! But she was not made at me

Aw, she'll just need some extra love tonight.  She'll be so happy to see you, she won't even remember why she was there in the first place.
