just had a job interview (internal).... time to cross fingers!
I just had a job interview for another position within my company. My current position is being phased out of this location, so I am looking around for a new position.
It is my dream job (or at least a very good stepping stone towards it). It typically requires 7 years experience but I have 5..... so cross your fingers for me ladies!!! He said he will be back next Wednesday (he is based in Montreal), so I will probably find out then. Thanks!!

Will this job require as much overtime/crazy hours that you seem to be pulling now?
hmm probably
but that's the way it is for a lot of my company because they laid off about 20% of the employees last year, but there is more work. It would however be a promotion.
