I just wanted to say that I don't miss the planning of it all at least not for myself. I get excited for other girls getting married because I love to help and see their ideas come together, but for myself, I feel like I have my life back.
The only thing is that I miss my actual wedding day. It was just so amazing and I was over the moon that it feels like I was having an out of body experience the whole time, lol. I'm dying to see pictures and I look at my own everyday.
Now I've started cooking new recipes everyday and I've gone back to reading so I'm doing more relaxing stuff :-)
What do you miss?
Re: **Damarys**
Hi
So weird to see my name on the board, lol. I miss everything!! maybe because my wedding was so small, 30 people in total. So, I guess planning wasn't so stressful for me.
What I do miss the most is my wedding day and the feeling is mutual, totally agree with you on the out of the body experience. It went by too fast! I wished I can turn back time and repeat it over and over again. I keep going to my photographers website like 1000 times a day. The rest of my pictures will be available sometime is Feb. I am dying to see my video too, also in Feb. The most important thing is that everything went lovely.
We are now in the process of trying to conceive. I can't wait for this to happen I'm just looking into new recipes, trying to redecorate our apartment, reading a lot more and just basically enjoying married life.
Are you now living in South Florida or are you still in North Carolina?
TTC?!?! How wonderful! Reading up on baby books must be so exciting, I can't wait for that part. You know we called our health insurance and to add maternity coverage my rate would go up to over $400 a month?!
So, we're going to add it in Nov. and it'll become active Jan. '11 in case we're ready to have kids then. They only allow you to make changes to your plan in Nov. So we cannot get pregnant this year.
We're in NC but I'm praying we move back home to WPB. DH graduates in May and he has to decide to stay with his job or look elsewhere. Cross your fingers!
I'm jealous you even have pics to look at. I look at our friends pics over and over.
WOW.. that's expensive! But I guess some insurance is better than not having one.
Best of luck with the moving decision! I lived in NC for just one month and came right back to South Florida, lol. My brother and wife live there and they both love it. It wasn't for me so I came right back. My brother got pissed at me because he really wanted me stay. Oh well. I love it here.
I just saw Jaime's pic on Lux Images Blog and she looks so pretty!! I remembered many of her posts and when she posted a pics of her wedding dress. I can't believe how fast time goes by.
Happy Friday!
