hey! the cloth nursing pads I use were actually made for me by my mom. they don't stick usually, but occasionally that does occur!

well i got disposable medela pads w/my PISA that my mom used as a "pattern"
they are basically 2 circles, with a small pleat in them to make them slightly more conical....and then she put extra layers in the middle for absorption by making smaller circles and sewed them in. i can take pics if you want. they arent' anything fancy but they do the trick

Pics would be great! I use the disposable ones but would love reusable ones! Do they have PUL on the outside so if you leak a lot it won't get on your bra?
