I worked from home all of last week taking care of my 14 year old cat who had 2 teeth extracted and didn't do well afterwards. Now my 2 year old cat (pic below) is sneezing his head off so I'm home watching him. At least I know why she was so sick afterwards, she picked up a cold at the vet and it wasn't really related to her surgery. I've had bad experiences with sick cats, they tend to develop non-curable diseases and die. So I'm an anxious cat mom right now.
Yes you should. Clear mucus or not you might have something going on. My mom had an issue years ago but no hint of a sinus infection.
