L - Rice Noodle Bowl.....eating these days has become difficult
D - Lemon Pepper Tilapia and a spring mix sensation salad
S - I bought some of those parfait pudding things that Lorelai suggested.....havent had one yet but I am excited about it. Also too a granola bar, if needed.
A - WFP
yesterday, I did well. minus the gummy lifesavers. I need to increase my water intake though....I think it will help with the meds too. Dinner ended up being LC chicken and I only ate half with about a third cup of pasta. Not to shabby. Oh and no ice cream
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium
S- plain ff greek yogurt
L- spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar. Not sure what else yet
S- baby carrots, apple
D- baked chicken and veggies
Ds- Larabar
Activity- none today.
Wow, my exercise for this week has really been in the crapper. My schedule (work and personal) has been all over the place the past few days. I've just been trying to focus on eating well as much as possible to balance the lack of exercise. Tomorrow I'll be able to get to the gym thankfully.
B-skinny bun, eggbeaters, canadian bacon, coffee ( a few virtual cookies, brownies, and lattes... )
S-apple, Pretzel chocolate special K bar (I'm hungry today)
L-WW micro meal prob... or my usual Boca burger on skinny bun, jello, blah blah blah... (checking refrig and cabinets to see if Agent left any food there

S-carrots, Crystal lite
D-IDK... DH ate my fabulous leftovers late last night and now I have to cook... again. ugh. soup? hm.
Activity-W4D2 of C25K-scared... it truly kicked my butt Monday and I'm still exhausted!
Yesterday, I did some 'easy' pilates cause of the above... I could really go for taking a late nap... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz (with the exception of hearing more about Lovebug!)
Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios w/skim milk, coffee

Lunch: Tomato soup, Kashi TLC Fire Roasted Vegetable crackers, apple
Dinner: Tacos w/ground turkey, salad
Activity: Treadmill
Yesterday: Did well yesterday!
Well, we eneded up going out to eat last night...
I got a burger with 2 slices of american cheese, 1 slice of swiss, grilled onions, lettuce and mayo, pickles on the side. I only at HALF though! I also had about 4 bites of wet fries and like 5 onion rings
Waaaaah wah...BUT still no ice cream!
Today will be
B: Poptart and cup of coffee
S: baby carrots and onion dip
L: Lean pocket and other cup of soup
S: Pineapple
B- Coffee. I think I'm going to start buying breakfasts I can keep a word. Yogurt, granola bars, something.
S- Apple
L- Yogurt and a granola bar. Unless I go buy soup from the grocery store.
S- Banana and orange.
D- I want to get take-out. Thai or Indian. But we still need to eat that ham. And spilt pea soup.
Activity- I think I'll gym again. I'm trying to go three times a week and I'm meeting up with a friend after work tomorrow. I don't really want to go though . . . I'm tired and sore (I've really been pushing myself on the weights).
Yesterday - I changed my lunch to soup and also ate a delicious, delicious cookie. It was free so it's good for me.
B: haven't eaten yet. . .pb toast, probably, and green tea
L: spinach, cherry tomato, avocado and feta salad
S: popcorn, probably
A: I WILL get to the gym tonight: 30 min cardio, 45 weight lifting.
Yesterday we didn't make it to the gym because N got home late, but we went for a long power walk after dinner.

L- A drug rep is buying lunch, I was forced to order. Not sure if im going to eat.
D- Nothing.

L- Subway melt 6" no chips
S- oreos
