Second post, someone created a mirror site for her blog to prevent the penny going to EK. i don't know what question from Mary K she is referring to, I couldn't find it...
The Under1000BrainCells is copyright infringement and is being reported. I would take it down if I were you.As far as I can tell, what you want is for me to parent and live my life by your standards in order for you to leave me alone. Not going to happen. Parental rights still exist in this country and as I parent, I have a right to refuse treatment, which is very different from medical neglect.
With privacy, there are many bloggers out there who reveal much more that I do. Fine, continue stalking me and feel self-righteous about it too.

these really need to be more specific.
I'm pretty sure the mirror site doesn't count as infringement when it clearly states where the material comes from, and links to the originating site.
Not to mention, I haven't seen any copyright notices on EK's blog - are blogs subject to copyright law when no one's made any effort to copyright them?
yes. it's copyrighted whether it has a notice or not.
I'm amazed it took someone that long to do that. Now everyone can comment freely on her stupidity without being moderated.

Dear EK,
You are acting as if you have a child that has crooked teeth and then chose to refuse braces. Refusing treatment that leads to hindering/reversing a child's development is, in fact, medical neglect. (I.E. reverting back to before potty training, speech issues, etc.)

i would argue that it is neither satire nor parody. it is a direct copy of the content -- it does not make fun of it in any way; only the comments do.
