I know you recently took a dessert class and made cake balls. Are there any combination that you recommend? I have friends coming into town next weekend, and would like to make some.

Nicole, fist... Austin's picture cracks me up every single time!!
Next... YES!! The red velvet with cream cheese icing was a HUGE hit. You can use a box mix or I can send you the recipe for a cake from scratch.
Also - the mint chocolate was awesome -- they added finely chopped andes mint candies to the recipe.
