Pretty much THAT house. I've only seen one other house that excited me this much and that was a 18th century school house in Ipswich, walking distance to the commuter train. My only changes would be that it already had a barn and it was closer to the ocean.

They just reduced it by 90K! Still waaaaay out of the price range
