Man, the home buying gods want to drive us crazy!
We were supposed to hear back today if the seller approved our offer. We just found out this from the lsiting agent....
Yesterday we received an offer that was significantly over asking price
with no contingencies other than a mortgage. I?m pretty positive the
sellers are going to go for that offer. It is most realistic from a bank
approval standpoint as well. I?m very sorry?
But it's still not an answer. We just upped our bid even more. Our REA is with another client, so she may not even be able to get the new bid in for us on time. I wanna pull all my hair out.
