Pediatricians?

Hi!! I am 28 weeks pregnant and am trying to figure out where to start in terms of finding a pediatrician.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  Specifically in West Orlando (Ocoee, Windermere, Winter Garden, Dr. Philips)?  Please let me know.  Thank you!!

We use Personal Pediatrics and are really happy with the practice. I usually go to Dr. Keyali (sp?) or the nurse practicioner. Dr. Robbins is nice but not really my style as far as personality goes. She's very serious and quick. But the other two are very friendly, outgoing and patient. The office is in Dr. Philips right across from the YMCA. the number is 407-345-9929

I don't have any recs for that side of town but a lot of the Moms on this board go to Interlachen Pediatrics.  I've seen a few of the docs there and so far they have all been great!

Totally agree!!! ?We knew she was great just from our visit with her before Ari was born. ?I personally don't like the LNP. ?I have seen her a couple of times and she seems not to really know what is wrong with Ari and as soon as we see Dr. Kayaleh she knows exactly what it is the other nurse didn't know. ?She also takes her time with you. ?I have never felt rushed and she goes over everything with you. ?And I like that you can get in pretty quickly when you need an appointment. ?We like her so much that we had to change insurances and she doesn't take it, but we decided to just pay out of pocket instead of seeing another doctor.

We go here.  We mostly see Dr. Yaeger, who is great.  I think they have an office on the West side of town?

Another vote for Dr. Kayaleh at Personal Pediatrics. Taylor has gone there since she was 1 month old. She originally saw Dr. Robbins who is wonderful as well, I just clicked more with Dr. Kayaleh. I also agree that I don't care for the NP Christine over there. She has NEVER once diagnosed Taylor correctly so we refuse any appointment with her. Otherwise, the staff is wonderful and we have never had trouble getting Taylor and appointment if needed.
