I know this is totally random, but do you do yoga? I would imagine it's really good for people with MS...
anyway. I started yoga a couple months ago- my instructor comes twice a week to our apartment and does a small group class, and it's only $10. Just made me think of you the other day.

I'd been wanting to start doing yoga for awhile, but studios near me charge waaaaay too much, so I was really excited when she started her classes. it's such good exercise

Sorry I have been MIA, more bed rest this week. I may lose my mind, seriously. It's been over a months since I went to the hospital! Ugh.
Anyway, it has been mentioned in the past that I could do yoga, but only recently my doctor basically told me "START GOING ASAP." There are recent studies that actually show that yoga is proven to help people with MS. I actually found a studio in Hallandale that has a class for people with MS and other related diseases (not sure if I quality for the class or not) and it's only $8 bucks a class because it's for diseased peeps like me!
But, like I said, I'm not sure if I qualify.
I'm not sure if I could keep up with your class, but maybe I can go after I build up? I know you live South from me, but maybe it's not that far? If you have any openings in your home class, can you email me the info??
