Boise State has competition for ugliest field
Now Eastern Washington is planning to install red turf on it's field.
I'm kinda glad they don't televise many EW games, because that's gonna be pretty hideous.
I'm guessing the over/under to be 3 years for when the NCAA will mandate field color. I'm all for a team trying to be unique and create an image for themselves, but using the field color as that outlet is a poor idea. The blue turf is probably a big reason Boise State has problems getting the big boys to come play them at home. Blue field with blue uniforms - c'mon even the Army football team doesn't use camouflage to create an advantage!!

I can't believe someone's actually doing a red turf field.
Oklahoma State's so into this making black our main color thing that I'm surprised they haven't made plans to make the turf black.
