D - Big fatty cheeseburger, most likely with my favorite, bacon, and a side of BEER.
A - Eating cheeseburgers and drinking beer.
Yesterday was good! I really did not want to go to the gym, but I forced myself to go and I'm glad I did. You rarely regert exercising, but you always regret when you don't.
well...as it turns out, we went out for sushi last night, so I had that and a huge Sapporo!
Today
B: a skim milk latte and french crueler donut from Dunkin D!
S: baby carrots and hummus
L: lean pocket and cup of soup
S: pineapple
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium
S- apple
L- tuna, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar
S- plain ff greek yogurt, Larabar
D- going out with friends, not sure what's on the menu
Activity- gym
Yesterday- pretty much stuck with eating, though I'm sure I snacked on a few more things than I intended (some cashews). It felt good to go to the gym this morning at least.
B- a cup of Joe
L - no clue yet. I don't have much of an appetite today.
D - Not sure. Maybe I should spoil myself and go to Changs.
S - a granola bar
A - WFP
Yesterday - I did better than expected since I only ate half my lunch and skipped the noodles with dinner. I had tilapia and sensation salad. I didnt do any activity though unless you count yelling at the dogs and remaking the bed activity lol.
B- Chobani Greek yogurt and some Smart Start crushed in it, COFFEE!

L- Smart Ones pepperoni pizza, Jello, Crystal Light

D-yeah, IDK...
BUT!!!!! I lost 1 1 /2 lbs this past week!!! Thanks gals for this post! It helps me and also makes me want to hire some of you as my FT chef...
A-not sure yet... trying to decide IF I am taking today or tomorrow off. I'm just beat. I made DH stay with me when I did my workout yesterday cause I thought I would cheat. It just beat me the F*&@ up. That week 4 is a tough one for moi...

I decided to go to Subway instead for lunch.
So I got a 6" Spicy italian loaded with veggies, easy mayo and baked chips.
There is NO SHAME in fried chicken!
Sometimes a Bizzle needs some effing fried chicken!
You have a free pass to eat anything your little heart desires this weekend! Cause I say so! lol
