Much bigger then expected

I was going to have a small dinner party tomorrow night, but now the guest list has doubled to about 10 people. Does anyone have easy recipe ideas for larger groups? Thanks!

Lasagna, a roasted vegetable, salad and bread.  Lasagna and veggies can be cooked at the same time.

Do a cesar salad, maybe a pot of meat sauce and mostacolli, and this:

Italian Beef

• 4 pounds rump roast
• 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
• 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
• 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
• 2 Tablespoons garlic
• two green peppers sliced thin
  
• Two loaves italian bread (skinny kind)
  

1. Place everything except the bread in the slow cooker. Cook on Low setting for 7 hours.
2. Slice the bread into mini sandwiches.

I think that a lot of that depends on your definition of "easy".  You could easily double this recipe and it would feed 10.  The benefit is that it's a one pot kind of dish and it's still gourmet.  Pair it with a salad and some bread and you're good to go.

For dessert, this can be done a day in advance and it's already in individual serving dishes, so there's nothing to worry about there.
