and i want to shoot myself!!!!!! i am subbing for a teacher, in a middle school, who does not have a disciplinary plan... therefore the kids are super disrespectful, and flat out DON'T CARE... one girl told me that she didn't want to do her work because it wasn't for a grade anyway... and another kid told me that he doesn't buy paper and school supplies because he spends his money on shoes and clothes... ladies, this is the youth of AMERICA!

Subbing can be rough, I hated it! Middle school is super tough too. Sometimes making up your own disciplinary system for the day and bribing them with candy works with those terrible classes. I have to admit I bribed with candy and played fun games in exchange for them behaving and doing their work when I had the worst classes.
