Oh, Kentucky
Last night I was watching the local news. They were interviewing a school district superintendent about how he makes a decision to declare a snow day. He said (and you have to hear this in a thick Kentucky accent for full effect) "Everyone don't have TV! Everyone don't get the message that way!" So if he can't even use English correctly, why should the students bother to try?
