Re: GO GREEN
I don't know of any websites, but The Green Book by Elizabeth Rogers has some good tips on saving energy and going green.
Personally, we recycle. It's easy and free in Chicago. We also unplug most appliances when we're not using them--the small ones, at least. I unplug my laptop when I'm not using it, and we unplug all our small kitchen appliances, our fans, our window a/c unit, etc. when we're not using them. It keeps energy costs down, too.
We also line-dry our clothes as often as possible (but clearly not in the winter). They're just as fresh as coming out of the dryer, and we're saving money and energy. HTH! GL with going green.
