Intro and Home-made shampoo recs
Hey all! I am so excited I stumbled onto this board. I used the knot, but hadn't really looked at the nest all that much.
Can anyone who has used homemade shampoo reccomend a good recipe? I tried a baking soda/apple cider vinegar recipe a while ago but it made my hair way to dry. Maybe I just had the wrong ratios?
Or does anyone know of a good organic shampoo thats cost equivalent to a shampoo like herbal essence?
I really would like to try this and cut down on the daily exposure to unnecessary chemicals- even though my hubby thinks I'm ridiculous. lol.
Thanks!
Re: Intro and Home-made shampoo recs
I recently started using Gudonya Too and love it so far. It makes my hair really soft and it's the perfect amount of moisture for me. I've also used Giovanni - I do like it, I just wanted to try something different to mix it up a little. I'm not sure if they are a lot more than Herbal Essence, though.
