I totally lost it on an employee today. Right before I left she came in questioning a new QA policy I put in place to make everyone more accountable for their own work. This is the same biatch whose been driving me crazy since day 1 of taking over the department and I finally reached a breaking point and told her i was the boss and I said do it, then put on my jacket and left. I just checked my email and our HR lady sent me an email saying the biatch came to her to complain, and she told her basically "tough.". So biatch is going to our CEO. He'll take my side bc he doesn't like biatch either but I started WWIII bc I lost my cool. Aggghhh I hate working for a living!

I have always wanted to say it! It actually felt good until I got in my car and realized that she's petty enough to file a complaint... I am hoping this will inspire her to retire or something! She's old enough to.

I can't stand old people that don't realize that their time has come and gone and younger people eventually have to take over things.  ughghghghgh  Maybe you can buy her a gift so she will like you again.

I used to bribe them with pizza once a month, but am soooo aggravated with how childish they are now that all they got this month was a "good job" email. I am sick of bribing them to do their damn jobs...ahh I hate managing, it's so not what i want out of my job!
