So last night I wanted to go out for dinner, but I fell asleep at 5pm.

So this morning woke up and we have no water. No water... no heat. I can't shower or anything. I have no clean scrubs for work next week and no way to wash them.

I had the pump guys out and they told me a pipe is frozen between the well and the house. For them to thaw it would cost us big time bucks. So no water for us until it warms up and the ground thaws. Could be weeks. My life sucks right now.

OMG! That is awful, you poor thing.

I wish I had a helpful suggestion but I know very little about the cold. I would be silly enough to stand out there with a blow dryer or a portable heater LOL :-)

Can your family help? Huge hugs and snow thawing vibes to your pipes.

No water and no heat? There has to be something to make things better....would this be covered under homeowners insurance?  I guess for clean scrubs you could take laundry to a laundry mat but that's never fun.  I'm sooo sorry. :-(
