One of my new years "goals" was to get healthy. This is proving to be difficult due to a lack of motivation up to this point. I am not just wanting to get healthy and lose weight for my wedding. It is more for my future, we are talking about babies, and raising a family and i want to be in the best shape possible before we start TTC. I am hoping my goals are attainable and that this time i won't get frustrated with it not going as quickly as i woul like it to but i have to do it for my own good. Wish me luck ladies!

Good luck!!! It's never easy for me to get motivated to work out. The eating healthy part, I do pretty much on a regular basis but I just HATE working out. It def. has to be a combination of the two.
You can do it...
I was in probably the best shape of my life for our wedding a little over 1.5 years ago but just can't seem to get back into it....someday I will! lol
Thanks and I agree, working out is the worst! but we came up with a sechdule so we will just wake up earlier and work out in the mornings. I am still going to school so trying to do school work and workout and make dinner and get ready for the next day is alot lol i get tired just thinking of it. But i think working out in the morning will give me a boost of energy for the day.
Yeah, they also say you lose weight faster if you work out in the am because it boosts your metabolism for the day!
