I cannot believe it has been over a month since I went into the hospital. A freakin month!  I have received meds, I have rested enough for an army to feel better, and I am still not well enough to be out and about and return to work. 

Seriously, I may lose it.  This cabin fever sh!t is no joke.  It also probably doesn't help that my DH has been in LA for almost two weeks working.  GAH! 

I'm having a huge pity party right now.  Anybody want to join? Usually I'm all about the positive side, but it feels pretty darn good right now to just whine and let it all out.

boo! I don't have anything to complain about, but I do have the afternoon off tomorrow if you want company! I'll send you an email later....I'm getting ready for work right now..... typing with 1 hand while blowdrying my hair with the other isn't very efficient!

Aww I'm sorry Michi. I know how frustrating it can be to be stuck in the house. I had my gallbladder removed on Wednesday via emergency surgery, so I am also stuck at home. Granted, it has not been for a long period of time, but it hurts to much to move so I'm pretty much in one spot all day.

oh no!!  i know that feeling, i'm so sorry.  are you still in the hospital or are you at home on bedrest?  do you need company/someone to bring you mags or books ro anything?  trust me, i know how bad it is.

I am so sorry that you're still not well. I'll join the pity party. I've been feeling like crap most of the week and am currently spending all weekend literally catching up on sleep. Not an exceptionally productive use of my time, but oh well!

FYI - My cousin on my father's side has MS, so I know what you're going through ((((((HUGS))))))

Thanks for letting me vent, ladies.  DH told me he is going to come home tomorrow night or Tuesday and I am SO glad.  I am already feeling better knowing that I will see him soon. Plus, I found out that my potassium was a little low so that may be why I was feeling so tired.  I'm downing the bananas now. 

Thanks, Angie!  I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner, I wake up really late and my family came over tonight to keep me from going insane. 

Emily! I hope you are okay and start feeling better soon.  My mom had the same emergency surgery and it was very painful.  Feel free to IM me if you want to chat . 

Thanks for the offer, Jenny (I think that's your name british!).  I have tons of books, movies, and my computer.  I think I just need to get OUT of the house lol.  My mom took me to a store yesterday night and today I went out to dinner.  Things are looking up.   Thank you so much though. 

I hope you feel better, Joelle! How old is your cousin? I am always interested in meeting/talking to younger people with MS.  Everyone I meet is usually over 50. 

Ugh being away from the DH is the worst, Eli!  Mine has been gone for two weeks Tuesday and I have been so so lonely.  He is super busy too so we can barely talk (only one call and email a day usually and some texts). I hope your DH's workload gets better soon.  The restaurant business is rough.  

Maybe we should have some confessions/pity parties every week. This felt good lol.
