Good Morning
So not happy it's Monday. I came in to an inbox full of work. Ugh.
I also got an email that my ex's best friend died of an aneurism last week. He was in a coma for a week and just passed. It's so scary and sad. He had a little girl too 
He was asking for a picture that I don't have anymore.
We moved all of our junk successfully before the snow on Saturday. The house looks soooo empty! Now we just have to keep the closets empty 
We've decided after talking to a realtor, to try to sell our house ourselves for a month and see what kind of interest we get. We're really not in a hurry to sell, so it really can't hurt. We went to an open house in our neighborhood yesterday and it was gross. The price tag was rather high too. It made me feel a little better and that we might actually sell our place because it looked 100x's nicer. Our first open house is the 21st! Eeeekkk!

My weekend was OK - busy, as usual. Friday night we got pizza and caught up on some shows. Saturday I ran errands and then had a benefit at night for my best friend's mom, who recently died from breast cancer. Yesterday we had to go up to H's Uncle's for his little cousin's bday. 3 hours in the car to be there for 2 hours. fun stuff.
I woke up with a migraine this morning, and Jack was up at 4am. He went back to sleep, but as always, I had a hard time falling back asleep. I'm already counting the hours until the weekend.
Izzy: Good luck with the open house....we were thinking of putting ours up for sale too since we aren't in a rush and to see what kind of response we get, but we might wait a little
My weekend was busy but in a good way...we spent lots of time at Home Depot and Lowes
We repainted the kitchen...again and got lots of little stuff for around the house...I love Marshalls and Home Goods 
I cleaned the walk up attic and finally finished the spare bedroom, it felt so good to reorganize everything.

Toni, hope the migraine has subsided! When do you hear about the work schedule you proposed?
I could do without the ugh it's Monday feeling. We have a 2 hour meeting at 10 that I so don't want to sit through. But I got myself DD hot chocolate, which is pretty much my crack, to get me through.
I miss the weekend. It wasn't here nearly as long as I would've like it to be.
I also think my cube-mate stepped in poop this morning because the cube has reaked since he came in.
This weekend the mister and I did a whole bunch of little things. We went food shopping, went to the gym, watched TV, had a family dinner at Landmark, cleaned the upstairs bathroom, etc..
Tonight I'm getting my hair cut. It is long over do for a cut.
I put an ad on Craig's list and made up an email address just for the house. I also put an ad on Owners.com because it's free and they advertise open houses for free. That's it so far.
For the open house, we're going to put signs out the day before. There is at least one every weekend in the development and there are tons on the nearest cross street, so we're hoping we get alot of drivebys. I've already made up an information sheet to hand out during the open house and I intend on putting out a contact sheet.
