re: The Grammys
- I hate that stupid Black Eyed Peas song, and I hated their vagina-wearing backup dancers even more.
- H and I were both 8-0 at Pink's performance. WTH was that?!
- Could Taylor Swift & Goatie Nicks' duet be any sharper? My ears are still bleeding.
- I loved loved loved DMB's performance and I was bummed they didn't win Album of the Year.
- 3D, CBS? No thanks.

I started watching it and had to turn it off. I think I'm officially too old for the Grammy's. Between the obnoxious music (BEPs especially), the drunk acceptance speeches, and the presenters who must be illiterate, I just couldn't take it.
I did record it so that I can watch the MJ tribute. Anyone know how far into it the tribute was?
i have plans to hulu the MJ tribute later. or wherever i can find it on the interwebz.
i also have Beyonce's Put a Ring on It in my head thanks to this morning's news coverage of the grammys.

I miss the Grammys of 80's. I enjoyed were Maxwell, and the MJ trubute.
The rest sucked. I think Jamie was the worse. Bad, just bad.
The only thing I enjoyed from Jamie Foxx's performance was Slash showing up to play the "November Rain" riff. I love me some Slash.
Gaga's performance was more tame than I thought it would be. When I saw her costume, all I could think was "thank goodness she got a good bikini wax"...That thing was cut to high heaven.
Taylor Swift needs to stop performing live. IDK what her issue is, but she always sounds like crap.
The MJ tribute was OK. They at least got some great singers to do it.
I loved Lady Antebellum and Zac Brown Band. I saw ZBB live about a month ago and they were awesome. They are def. a jam-band.
Beyonce sounded better singing "You Oughta Know" than she did her own song.
I couldn't watch Pink. Just not into it at all.
I bet they tamed down Gaga because it is...the GRAMMYs afterall.
My friends and I were talking about Taylor too. She is ALWAYS pitchy when I see her play live. It's awful. HTF has she sold so many albums and tours and still sounds like poo? It's amazingly sad.
I left off one. Y'all know I love me some Paris. She's so cute with her glasses, and Prince inspired top.
