Sunday dinner
Woohoo! last night I hosted my first Sunday dinner, and it was a total success! lol, okay, so my MIL brought over her whole pot of sauce we would have had at her house, but I still hosted.
It was really nice, my mom and stepfather had been over all day cuz he's putting up our crown molding, and since we usually go to my ILs for Sunday dinner, we arranged for them to come to our house instead. We had a total of 8 people and everything was great. Yaaay, my first big dinner in the house!

it really was a great feeling, and while I really thought my MIL would have a hard time relinquishing her Sunday, she seemed to have a nice time. I think I need to do this more often so that it will make it easier when I want to start claiming holidays.
It's really so great though finally having the space to host dinners.
