junk removal rec

random question - the water heater in our (rental) house went kaput over the weekend.  my dad was able to replace it but the old one is too big for him to remove with his car so I'll most likely need to hire someone to haul it away. anyone use a reliable service?

I've already looked into 1800junk.com and whatnot, just curious if anyone has a rec.  or, if you know of someone who wants to make a few extra bucks and has a truck, holler.

Have you checked your city's website? At least in AV, they allow 2 "bulk" trash pick-ups a year for free.

hmmm...I don't know if HB does that?  our renters seem none too happy they have a large water heater chilling in the garage.  I'm thinking it needs to be taken care of sooner rather than later.
