Hello...
Well, I kept saying I wouldn't come to this area until the wedding but I cannot wait. Our wedding is in two weeks then 15 days after the wedding our lease will be up and we would like to buy a home (but the markets a little scary) we are also ttc and I am changing my major in school so I am pulling all my hair out right now. So what is going on in everyone elses life?

lots of girls on here are planning to or have begun TTC (and then there's are resident preggo Kendyl!!!) so feel free to add any questions/concerns you have related to that topic...and check out our PCP/TTC thread every wednesday where we check in with each other about updates, thoughts, ect on the topic.
and best of luck w/ buying a home. the market is turbulent right now, but those in the absolute best position are people like you who are only looking to buy with nothing to sell - its actually prime time for you! my only advice would be to buy something you can picture yourself in long term (ie 8 yrs +). Although the market is set to pick up in the next 2ish years, you likely wont get a significant return unless you stay much longer. My partner and I just purchased our first home in May so if you have any questions, i'd love to help!

i think everyone over here has botb. for myself, we're getting ready to start ttc, i'm in school (just two online classes), and we're remodeling our master bathroom. so not much! ;-)
what are you changing your major from/to?
