For Mac people...especially those with MacBooks or MacBook Pros:
Do you use an external mouse? If so, what kind do you have and do you like it?
MB/MBP People...do you have a hard case on your laptop? What kind?
MB/MBP People...what kind of laptop carrying case are you using?
Any other accessories you would recommend?
Re: Poll for Mac People
Mouse: mainly use the track pad unless doing something where I'll be for a long time then we use a track ball.
Case: MBP is my main business tool so we spent the $$$ to protect it. Hard and durable.

I have a MBP.
Mouse: I have a Logitech USB cordless (a little transmitter plugs in to the the port). My laptop is my work computer, and I can't use the trackpad for 10 hours a day.
Case: No hard case.
Bag: Mine's a 17", so it's hard to find a bag that fits AND that I like. This is the one I currently use: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=375630
Let's see... external hard drive is a must. Make sure you're backing up. I also keep iKlear wipes handy to clean up.

I used to have a cheap Mac wireless mouse, but it crapped out on me. I really want a Magic Mouse now. I played with one at the store and I loved it.
No hard case.
Right now I use an Incase sleeve and put it in my backpack's laptop compartment.
My biggest thing was getting an external drive. All of my music and photos are on the external. I do have to periodically transfer photos from my MB to the drive, but it's worth it to me just to have them somewhere other than just on my MB. Really updating my ipod hasn't been a hassle with it either. I just hook it up before launching itunes and all works fine. I've got so much music, so I thought it was crazy to have the files on the computer itself.
No mouse, mostly because I use it literally on my lap or on the go. Plus I love the 2-3-4 finger touchpad options and would miss using them if I had an external mouse.
I have a Belkin soft quilted case with a shoulder strap for mine, very low profile.

I have a 15" MBP.
I don't have a hard case for it.
I have a soft bag for it that I throw in a tote bag. It's similar to the Incase nylon sleeve, similar to this: http://goincase.com/products/detail/nylon-sleeve-cl57325/1
I use the trackpad most of the time. But, when I'm doing a lot of detail work (making presentations or photo editing) I use the bluetooth Mighty Mouse. It has worked really well for me, and has a lot of customizable buttons that make it easy to use.
I have a MB...
I have the Magic Mouse and am in love with it. It was one of my favorite Christmas gifts!
No hard case yet...I want the red inCase one and haven't been able to find it.
I have a neoprene sleeve from Built NY. I just slip it in that and then put the whole thing in my messenger bag if I'm taking it somewhere.
