Brand New Lawn
We've decided that we're going to build our first house. The builder that we will most likely be using does not do the landscaping. They build great houses but don't have a green thumb. We're in the saving stage now and I want to be sure we have landscaping in the budget. I haven't been able to find prices for sod let alone general estimates for a landscaper. Is there a site that could help me answer this?

Not sure how big your property is but, we are redoing our front and back yard and have been quoted $3500 to $7000. You should have some landscaping/degsigners come out to provide an estimate.
