Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

THANK YOU X a million. i've seriously spent probably 10 hours on the subject now + over an hour on the phone with the IRS and still didn't know what to do!

yea i think my solution is actually to split his course work and count some as business and some as personal (its the conservative thing to do) for the courses that aren't as clearly beneficial to the business. stuff like Advertising is clearly defensible and justifiable but others like the Ethics course he took is not as clear so I'm just split the classes
I feel better that way. I honestly think they can all be justified/defensible, but I'm just gonna do the super clear cut ones like Marketing/Advertising/etc.
