I made swiss cheese enchiladas this morning (for dinner tonight, they're pretty good!) and spent a few hours digging up the yard since it's mostly weeds and is driving me bonkers.

I agree with the reviews (wish I would have read them first!) - the chicken/tomato/onion mixture was still too liquid after 5 min.  I'd let it cook longer or drain the liquid before assembling the tortillas.  I used whole wheat torts and added some salsa on the side.

I post from my iPhone and I was told to go to setting, then Safari, then turn JavaScript off. Hopefully this works for the touch too :-/
