I FOUND HIM!!!
I had the follow up to my ER visit with him today. He is out in the country where is is refurbishing another business into his clinic/house. H suspected he wanted to turn into a proper country doctor.
When I visited him today, he gave me the tour and introduced me to his dog. I'm pretty sure he wants to marry me.
