Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

O rly? You just assumed it didn't apply to you? If it's required and not complete, why wouldn't it hold you up?

(FTR This was the easiest one to deal with of the day. CW actually took a couple of the last calls and told boss that for 2 days i've been helping them nonstop. So I really don't mind helping people.)
I SO can relate. I explain exactly how to do something, get it back half-assed, with a, "Is this good?" then walking them through, again, how to do it...
