Yudu?

Does anyone have a Yudu or experience with one? I accidentally stumbled upon the infomercial this morning, and darn, those infomercials are convincing.  It seems like someone I would like to venture into my creative side.  I am a CPA by day, but love to do try my hand at creative crafts during my spare time, since my job is the complete opposite.

The reviews are a bit mixed, but by doing a quick google search, I couldn't find an alternative, as Gocco's are no longer being made.  Some people say they are extremely easy to use and others say the process was a bit tricky.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

Re: Yudu?

  • I had never heard of it until now.  Just looked it up and it seems cool! I personally wouldn't have much use for it, but if you think you would use it, go for it!  If anything, buy it from somewhere where you can return it in case you don't like it?
  • um, that's kinda awesome, and I kinda want one.
  • LOL.. I know.. right? It's kind of bulky, but I actually like how it's bigger so that you can make bigger things. I spent all last night, in my lonely hotel room (i'm in KY for work), watching Yudu how-to videos. It's $215 on Amazon.. hmm..

    Go for it then!!

When I'm lonely I go to HomeGoods.  It's become a really bad habit.  DH was gone for two weeks and he came home to a new house.  I already have plans for this time he is away!
